Terms of Use
QuickDone is a web app for planning and sharing work on boards. It is run by iSoft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using QuickDone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your account
Give us a real email address and choose a password only you know. Keep it to yourself: what happens under your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.
You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live. QuickDone is not meant for children under 13.
One person, one account. Please do not open new accounts to get around a limit or a removal.
Your content
The boards, cards, comments, files and everything else you add belong to you. You allow us to store, copy and show them, but only as far as needed to run QuickDone for you and the people you share with, for example to keep a card and show it to the members of its board.
Only add things you have the right to share, and nothing that breaks the law or somebody else’s rights.
Sharing with other people
When you add someone to a board they can see what their role allows: the cards, comments, files and activity of that board, and the names of the other people on it. Owners and admins can also see the email addresses of members.
Owners and admins decide who has access and with which role. Anyone who can see something can copy it, so share only with people you trust.
Do not send invitations to people who are not expecting them. Invitations are limited, and we may close an account that sends unwanted messages.
What you may not do
Please do not:
- use QuickDone for anything illegal, or to keep or share content that is harmful, abusive or hateful;
- harass, threaten or pretend to be someone else;
- upload viruses or other harmful files;
- try to reach accounts, boards or files that are not yours, or look for weaknesses in the service without our written permission;
- overload the service, or use bots to copy it at scale;
- sell, rent or resell access to QuickDone without our permission.
Responsible reports are welcome: if you find a security problem, tell us before you tell anyone else.
Limits
To keep QuickDone fair and fast there are limits, for example on file size and storage per board, and on how many requests can be made in a minute. We may change them. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep QuickDone running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or stop features. If a change affects you in a major way, we will tell you in the app or by email where we can.
Keep your own copy of anything important. You can export a board to CSV or print it at any time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account yourself in your Profile at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or has not been used for a long time; where it is reasonable we will tell you first. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility
QuickDone is a tool for organising work, not professional advice. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for QuickDone in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using QuickDone after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court elsewhere. We would rather solve a problem together first, so please write to us.
